Fruit cream and fruit salad is a delicious dessert choice because it’s a very quick and easy recipe. And you don’t need many kind of things to make it. One thing i love about this dessert is all fruits flavor in one and also prepare within minutes. Somethings which are depends on your choice like honey, caramel syrup and rose water. This easy and unique recipe is a simple dessert. If you have coconut cream and cashew cream then very good otherwise you can use dairy whipping cream instead of coconut and cashew cream. And listen guys don’t use water based fruits like water melon, melon and pineapple also. Pineapple gives you a bitter taste in your fruit cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries
  • 1&1/2 Banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios (for garnishing)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • ( Add your favorite fruits except water based fruits.)

How to make fruit cream

1.Firstly rinse well all the fruits which you will be using to the dessert. Chop the fruits into cubes or as you want to use. Don’t use broad pieces of fruits always use small cubes.

2.Add 2 cup of cold whipping cream or cashew cream (optional) and icing sugar. Whip until there’s no lumps in the cream.

3.Now add chopped fruits (If it’s mango season going on then add mangoes because they give a delicious flavor to the fruit cream).

4.Gentaly mix the fruits with the cream. Now you can place the fruit cream in the refrigerator for a couple of time before serving.

5.Now it’s time to garnishing take a tablespoon of chopped pistachios it gives your fruit cream more flavor.

GAJAR KA HALWA

About Halwa

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 6 cups Milk
  • 5 tablespoon Ghee
  • 12 tablespoon sugar or according to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 15 Cashews
  • 15 Almonds
  • 15 Pistachios
  • (Add nuts and dry fruits as your choice)

Method

1.First of all take a deep pan, add 5 tablespoon ghee in the pan and now add the grated carrots. Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

2.Now add milk and mix carrots and milk together on a medium flame. After few minutes you will see that the milk begin to forth and then start reducing.

3.Stir the mixture consistently until the moisture reduced by 80%. Now add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.

4.Continue to cook on medium flame after 5 minutes to simmer on a low flame. keep stirring.

5.When halwa looks like pudding consistency, now add nuts of your choice. Stir again.

6.When you see the mixture reducing moisture completely and ghee come on the surface. Your halwa is ready to eat.

PAN CAKES

What is pan cakes?

Pan cake is a quick and easier process. It is my family favorite recipe. The best object regarding pancakes that you can freeze the leftover batter in the fridge up to two or three days and the all ingredients that are already available in your kitchen side. One thing about pan cakes, it’s not time taking procedure the delicious pan cake prepared to make a couple of minutes. Let’s start our favorite breakfast and brunch which is easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup Sugar powder or as your taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence(optional).

How to make fluffy and delectable Pan Cakes

1.Take a bowl and add 2 cup all purpose flour, sugar powder, salt and baking powder also add vanilla essence(optional). Mix it together.

2.Now add milk, egg and melted butter, mix well. Until a smooth batter.

3.Heat a pan on low to medium flame. Pour a spoon (scoop) the batter on the heated pan.

4.Cook for 2 minutes until brown and then flip after 2 minutes, continue cooking until both sider are light brown. Repeat process with remaining batter.

5.Adorn with honey, butter and your favorite Berries. Enjoy it breakfast or brunch.
